Use of content

Lesson text and page layouts are © 2026 ESL Master. Audio and source materials are licensed from third parties:

  • Pronunciation audio is sourced from Oxford Learner's Dictionaries and Wiktionary under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license. You are free to reuse it under the same license terms.
  • Listening lessons are adapted from ELLLO by Todd Beuckens, used with attribution per the source's terms. ELLLO retains its original rights; please refer to ELLLO's site for reuse terms.

You may share, link to, and quote site content for educational purposes. Please don't scrape the entire site for commercial republishing or training of large language models without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't do anything that would damage the site, interfere with other learners, or break the law. Specifically, don't:

  • Send harmful, harassing, or illegal content through the contact form.
  • Attempt to break, overload, or probe the site's hosting infrastructure.
  • Use the site to distribute malware or phishing material.

We may block access from any IP address or network that engages in this behaviour.

No warranties

ESL Master is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We try to keep the content accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee either. If you spot an error, please tell us via the contact form, we'll fix it as soon as we can.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ESL Master and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Your only remedy if you are unhappy with the site is to stop using it.
